NASTF Executive Officer Position – 11-Sep-2017 DEADLINE

The National Automotive Service Task Force (NASTF) Board of Directors seeks a highly qualified individual for the position of Executive Officer.

Applications are due no later than 11-Sep-2017, and should include a resume highlighting applicable experience, proposed monthly and annual compensation range, and a firm start date if selected.  Please note this is a contract position without employee benefits.

The Executive Officer (EO) will oversee all NASTF activities including, but not limited to:

  • Two annual general meetings and in-person Board meetings annually
  • Quarterly conference calls for the six committees (Service Information, Equipment and Tools, Training, Vehicle Security, Collision Repair, and Communications)
  • Secure Data Release Model (SDRM)
  • Budget
  • NASTF website
  • Industry outreach
  • Other NASTF contractors
  • NASTF mission, vision, and continuous improvement
  • Information requests

The Executive Officer is a contract position that reports directly to the 15-member Board of Directors. This position is full time, but time requirements vary throughout the year. 

The National Automotive Service Task Force (NASTF) is a cooperative effort among independent repair shops, the automotive aftermarket service industry, equipment and tool industry, and automobile manufacturers (OEMs) to ensure that automotive service professionals have the information, training, and tools needed to properly and quickly diagnose and repair today's high-tech vehicles.  See www.nastf.org for more information.
