Description of Repair unable to perform
This is the second SIR posted as the first one on 4/09/2019 was ignored. not able to receive a log in and password for the J2534 license We are receiving the disc but we have no way to use the software without login and password We originally purchased the software in Sept 2017. After numerous calls to Mirek, we finally received our software License Key in April 2018 and Mirek extended our subscription starting April 2018. We requested our log in and password by email, voice mail messages and have called MBUSA more times than we can list on this sheet with no response. Last week after leaving a message to Mirek, we received overnight a new update disc but no log in or password for coding. We are left with no other choice but to file a SIR

Paid for J2534 software back in September 2017. Almost 2 years later, we still are waiting for our Log in information so we can use the software.

sent a note to Mr. Lin as NASTF has not had any contact from either Mr Lin or MB USA
