Was contacted by bodyshop to perform key learning on cars mentioned above. One was auction and another was key lost.

I am current Xentry Kit3 user. Serial # available upon request. Mercedes aftermarket user C7SVITVI. VSP User VV5T2W66. I am trying to perform security function and cant do it from a scan tool. It stated function not allowed or not autorized. I have been Mercedes user for 3 years, used TRP prior, Kit 3 bought from MB USA. Registered VSP professional also.
Description of steps taken to obtain information (help/contact function on website, websites, etc.)
Contacted MB support line. Asked them about this problem and was told good luck, don't bother. Half a year ago i tried to obtain VeDoc access and was declined. Was told to submit request in email for VeDoc, that never got answered. When mentioned my VSP credentials i was told that it doesn't mean anything for Mercedes.
Other Comments or Concerns
This situation struck me overall. First is no respect for VSP and all i did to obtain and keep it. Second is Original Kit 3 that was bought for over $19 000. Third is TRP protocols folowed prior, many successful operations without any issues on many brands. I would like to get VeDoc for operations and ability to perform security functions on newer Mercedes products that dont use special learn key or preset when ordered . Please Help.
