Description of Repair unable to perform
Account was disabled (due to violation of terms. I only used this few times per year) and I was told the "corporate person (Bob)" would be the only person who can explain why and reactivate the account. I was given phone number and email address but after many many voicemails and emails, there was no response. 810-606-2347 acdelcotds@gm.com I've been trying SINCE JULY! Customer doesn't want to pay higher dealership prices for programming.

Sorry I'm submitting SIR because I don't know what else to do. I thought GM was supposed to make Engine computer programming available to independent shop.

Contacted AC Delco support on behalf of Mr Wang. They contacted him and reinstated his account. They issue was too many differing IP addresses associated with his account.
