Description of Repair unable to perform
We are not longer able to successfully submit a Theft Related Parts order form on the Mercedes TRP website.
Every time we fill out the form, it comes back with a notice that states:
Sorry, we are unable to continue. Please try again later.
My local Mercedes Dealer parts representative states that others in the area are not having the issue. He can not however point me to someone in the Mercedes Benz organization to which I might ask for help.
We have had this issue for several weeks. I can find no link for help on the Mercedes website

Donny Seyfer - 08/31/2018 Verified that the VSP account is still active and that MB USA is interacting with the NASTF Registry. There have been a couple of other calls on errors with the TRP forms. Alerted MB USA staff. MB does maintain a contact us piece on their website https://www.startekinfo.com/StarTek/as_contactus.jsp
