Description of Repair unable to perform
Unable to program keys. Going into ids works fine. At time of when I need to log in the info is typed in, then scan tool just goes back to sign in. The page doesn't change. Then on ids side the page stops and an error pops up and stated Back End Server Error. I call Ford and got an email on how to check settings. Got through that and have same concern. Spoke with Bosch for help with scan tool. They said it has windows point of sale and to try different internet. No help.
