Cannot obtain information to diagnose and repair vehicle using OEM site.

Under Massachusetts right to repair statute in Massachusetts and MOU, vehicle manufacturers shall provide access to their onboard diagnostic and repair system using an off the shelf personal computer and non-proprietary SAE J2534 or ISO 22900 vehicle interface, self contained system with the vehicle or non-proprietary interface such as Ethernet USB or DVD. This system is not available from Hyundai.

Sent message to KIA support at 4:50 MT. Lewis responded that he would check in with Korea on both the J2534 port of the OE software and scan tool data updates for ETI.
