Description of Repair unable to perform
We have purchased 3 subscriptions over 3 days to program the vehicle PCM. Sometimes the techauthority website will not load. Today (Monday) I acesstechauthority fine, but then starting the J-2534 programming application, it asks for the login. The login fails with "Invalid Login/Password".

Unable to access the 2010+ programming files to reprogram the PCM.
Description of steps taken to obtain information (help/contact function on website, websites, etc.)
I have contacted the Techauthority support by email and phone. They stated Friday that the issue was escalated up, but I have heard nothing back from them.
Other Comments or Concerns
This process worked as early as 1 month ago with no issues.

Emailed Frank Krich on 1/22. Have had a few Mobile techs reach out with a similar problem.

This issue has been resolved. The issue was with the user’s TechAuthority account/password. The user was able to login successfully to J2534 application after changing his password in TechAuthority’s website.
