I have attempted to purchase a website subscription several times over several days and although the website has the appearance of working, you can not purchase a subscription to the website. I have uploaded the latest version of Java with no help. A request for help from the website generates a form letter stating they will contact you in approx two days. This is no help when I am trying to reflash a PCM.

Isuzu service information staff member contacted the complainant by phone directly on June 2nd at approximately 1:15 EST. The problem occurring stemmed from a 3rd party firewall, not allowing the proper settings to be enabled (i.e., cookies to be set). Per the Isuzu service information staff member instructions the issue was resolved. In order to be more helpful in this situation and provide a faster response in the future, a contact form should be completed immediately upon any issue arising as indicated by the site requirements within the website. Additionally, the site requirements also indicate what settings should be enabled for proper access to the website. These are standard settings not outside of the regulation.
