Description of Repair unable to perform
Unable to program replacement PCM as the Trust center for security access has been down for two days. The system has also been intermittently having problems for about three weeks.

SDD, the Jaguar and Land Rover factory scan tool, will not perform any operations relating to PCM replacement or security.

Donny Seyfer - 01/28/2018 Jaguar and Mr. Layton have been contacted and have been in the loop. Expected resolution to this and other JLR related SIRs on 2/1 We were working on this earlier than the SIR with Mr. Layton. Donny Seyfer - 02/22/2018JLR resolved. I asked Rick to perform his operation and confirm that it worked. Received a confirmation that afternoon.
