Description of Repair unable to perform
I am attempting to purchase a security part from benz. I go to the theft relevant page and enter all the customer info and my lsid credentials. The page errors out when I send it saying "sorry, we are unable to continue. Please try again later. I have tried several diff pc and browsers to see if its a pc issue. I called NASTF to see if I had any issues with my credentials. No issues there. From what I was told on the phone the Benz site it not pinging the NASTF site. I have emailed starttek over a week ago with no response.

MB USA contacted about the website issue and to assist with TRP purchase 10/13.Confirmed by email with Gregg that they were successful making a purchase from the local MB dealers 11/8.
