Description of Repair unable to perform
I am unable to access any vehicle diagnostic information through the car's diagnostic Ethernet port.
Description of Information not available
The Tesla Toolbox software, available and used by Tesla Service Centers and Dealers in MA as well as by Authorized Collision repair centers, is not available to me as an owner. It is referenced in many of the repair procedures and is a required tool to perform even the most basic of diagnostics on the vehicle.
Description of steps taken to obtain information (help/contact function on website, websites, etc.)
I have registered for a account, paid for a valid subscription, and contacted Tesla service and support (in person, via email, and via phone). I am still unable to login to the website, unable to download the Toolbox application, and unable to access any diagnostic information from my vehicle.
Other Comments or Concerns

The Massachusetts Right to Repair law does require that all OEMs (including Tesla) make all resources available to technicians and owners. Unfortunately, Tesla does not participate in the NASTF program. Residents of Massachusetts with concerns involving vehicle service information and tools for MY 2002 or newer light duty vehicles or MY 2013 or newer heavy duty vehicle, may contact appropriate legal counsel regarding their rights and remedies under Chapter 93K of the Massachusetts code.
