Description of Repair unable to perform
Purchased one day Mitsubishi subscription, downloaded Mitsubishi J-2534 software, tried on 2 different laptops with both our Bosch Mastertec M-VCI and Drew/Snapon Pass Through Pro II (both listed as compatible J-2534 tools). Both laptops and J-2534 Tools connected to vehicle but would not load/update/flash ECU calibration.

Description of steps taken to obtain information (help/contact function on website, websites, etc.)
Contacted Snapon tech support for passthu Pro who confirmed that device was working properly and communicating with vehicle and that the Mitsubishi J-2534 software was the problem. Downloaded Drew Technologies Toolbox which state Mitsubishi J-2534 software is having issues communicating and flashing PRE-Can vehicles and some require special cable or adapter confirmed before purchasing subscription that neither were required for 2009 CAN vehicle on table page 21.

After numerous attempts, the client did not respond. The SIR is being closed invalid due to lack of information. If the client responds, the SIR could be reopened.
