Description of Repair unable to perform
We replaced a CCC due to no response. We purchased a subscription to diagnose and program the CCC. Attempting to program the new module has not been successful. ISTA has attempted to program the new hardware, but has been unsuccessful.

Description of Information not available
Most new control module require some type of procedure to "wake up" This information was not found within BMW software and is not listed in the reprogramming guidance on this site. Please let me know if there is a step we are missing or an different direction to go.

Description of steps taken to obtain information (help/contact function on website, websites, etc.)
Searched through ISTA provided with subscription. Contacted BMW through TIS, have not had a response since Monday the 5th.
