Description of Repair unable to perform
It appears for over a week now, on multiple Chrysler products, any WCM function is stopped with the message "negative response 0x22 WCM locked". I have verified through forums such as iatn that this is system wide for Witech 2.0 as it is cloud based. I verifed also on my personal vehicle with correct pin number (2010 Dodge Ram). When attempting to replace PCM, security function in WCM can not be performed. I was able to renew my license short term for Witech 1.0 in order to complete the task, but that tool will no longer be supported soon. I have received no answers from any Witech tech support portal that i can access. We need an answer as to when this will be corrected, and why it is occurring (rumor says FCA is transitioning to rolling code pins for earlier vehicles)

Other Comments or Concerns
The purchase and lisencing of OEM systems and tools should require at least some basic tech support information...it appears as if FCA tech support is a one way street with information, no reason or time frame for resolution can be given.
