There were numerous issues present that caused some confusion. The Ford "as-built" website was down for a period of days, the VIN that was entered was inaccurate, and the website did not indicate that the VIN is invalid. Once the website was operational, the correct VIN could be entered, but the VIN still did not give the proper as-built information. The support team at Ford was able to gain the information from an internal source and Ford supplied the correct codes for programming.
