I have spent 4 days trying to get BMW ISTA/P to recognize the ptt. It works properly in the ISTA/D program but will no show up in the start a new session page. Derwtech has logged in to the computer and checked everything they could think of and found nothing wrong. BMW tech support Has logged in and can not fix it. Now they are telling me that their tech support in Poland is the only people that can help and they are a 9 hour time difference. My tech support tracking number is INC000011515741. The first level of tech support does not have the training needed to fix any problem other then improper instillation. This has wasted days of my time and left my customer with out their BMW for an unnecessary week. How can I get this resolved?

The submitter did not respond back with the additional information needed, therefore the SIR was closed as invalid. If the submitter chooses to respond, the SIR can be reopened. BMW programming and OSS support can be found at, then go the box titled OSS System Status, then click the link titled CONTACT OSS Support. This link is the first step in fixing these sort of issues.
