Description of steps taken to obtain information (help/contact function on website, websites, etc.)
Per the Mazda website, special service tools can be purchased via the dealer. I call the dealer and they told me they could not find information on the tool and did not believe it's available to the aftermarket. They did tell me that they have the tool and can perform the calibration. I then call the special service tool phone number and was told the tool has been discontinued. When I informed them the the tool is new for model year 16 vehicles the told me that I should contact the dealer.
