Description of Repair unable to perform
I purchased the MUT3AMKIT from Bosch , and have discovered there no flash files loaded in the database on the Touchpad PC. There is also no links or information for me to update this tool.

No flash files loaded and no way to retrieve scan tool updates for a 1 year subscription that I paid for.
Description of steps taken to obtain information (help/contact function on website, websites, etc.)
Called the 1.888.727.6672, where I ordered the tool from. It took 4 calls and several transfers before ending up @ 1-800-846-7575. This is the Dealer "Medic" tech line. They stated that only the dealers can have the flash files loaded onto the tool.
Other Comments or Concerns
I paid for the OEM tool and have no way to perform OEM flash programming.

The Bosch MUT III should have the flash files loaded on the tool previous to purchase. In this situation, the files were unintentionally missing from the tool. Mitsubishi contacted the client and identified the issue. They have sent the missing files to the client to load onto the tool. They have also implemented additional measures to ensure the files are on all new Bosch MUT III units.
