Description of Repair unable to perform
Cant get access to website. When making a purchase for one day - the credit card gets charged but no access is granted. There is no message or anything indicating an issue. I have made 4 purchases on Thursday, until was notified by bank. Website was down for 4 hours on Friday. Still cant do anything. Need to know when site is working and need 4 charges returned. PayPal is not functioning on this site.

Attempted to contact site administrator. Used contact -webmaster@mitsubishitechinfo.com No response and all mail returned as to not valid contact.

Never had issue with this site prior. Used for reprograming before.

Mitsubishi informed NASTF that the issues related to this report have been resolved and the site function is restored. Users who continue to experience failures of any kind are instructed to file a detailed report of the failure through the "WEB SITE PERFORMANCE" email under the "CONTACT US" tab at the bottom-left of the page. Refunds for failed transactions where a payment was taken should be requested using that same WEB SITE PERFORMANCE email.
