Description of Information not available
Attempted to purchase a website subscription all last week. Getting an error message after inputting CC information in the order form, "The connection to the billing provider could not be initiated. Please try again later." Tried with IE and Chrome, also Chrome through an Android mobile device with the same result. Emailed support with no response. Unable to purchase a subscription.

Porsche has been contacted. NASTF is waiting for a reply.

Porsche is looking into the situation. This may be related to a temporary issue while the website was been updated. Porsche is looking into the log files to determine the cause.

The Porsche support team was able to resolve the issue. The client was able to renew his subscription.
