Description of Repair unable to perform
Glass replacement, fixed and movable for new vehicles.
Description of Information not available
OEM procedures are not readily available to the glass replacement aftermarket who replaces the majority of all glass. This creates a problem for those working on these vehicles and slows progress and results in unneeded damage to parts / vehicle paint.
Description of steps taken to obtain information (help/contact function on website, websites, etc.)
Subscriptions needed for all makes and models to just review the procedures related to glass replacement.
Other Comments or Concerns
Tremendous amounts of damage and broken parts are done to vehicle because there is no way to find out how new vehicles molding and trims are held in place. Access to technical information on dismantling doors for glass replacement are not available to the average glass shop performing these task.

This request is concerning glass replacement procedures and tools for all OEMs and shows an observation of a possible problem. But, without a exact OEM or vehicle the issue is too abstract.
