Programming additional or lost keys with OEM equipment and OEM keys
Description of Information not available
Mopar website does not have the option to convert Sprinter Key Programming information to the needed String Key (12 digits)for programming lost or additional keys. Though on the Mopar website they advertise this and also are selling the Sprinter keys without allowing the aftermarket access to program the keys.
Description of steps taken to obtain information (help/contact function on website, websites, etc.)
Contacted Mopar website admin and they sent me back information accessable on the Tech Authority site for String codes. the information they sent me was for PCM and module conversions and was not related to Key Programming. Contacted them again and they could not help any further and did not seem to understand what was needed.

The Sprinter Key Programming should be up and running on TechAuthority on June 8, 2017.Paul Soar - 06/01/2017
This issue has been resolved. FCA has added the ability to code Sprinter Van keys to their website. **Please be advised ** The procedure for retrieving Sprinter Van key information is different than other FCA vehicles. Sprinter Key codes are not accessed though the Mopar Key Code box that is typically used for FCA. Instead, go to www.techauthority.com and log on to the Online Service Information Access portal, from there click on the SPRINTER KEY PROGRAMMING link to retrieve the key codes.
