ACU coding function doesn't work on webside. When VIN input no result seen. Looks like website error. CANN NOT CONTACT SUPPORT AS TO NO EMAIL PHONE PROVIDED. There is case#762
Description of steps taken to obtain information (help/contact function on website, websites, etc.)
Tried multiple browsers, PCs and SVG plug in Java is current. Nothing is working. Need to contact support but unable to find way to do so.
Other Comments or Concerns
Video help is good, but need some kind of support or question answered of how else to obtain code. Thanks

To contact Hyundai for website issues, Hyundai uses a webform submission. There is no contact phone number. This webform can be accessed at, then click on HELP.

***Important information if website help is needed: The HELP button is located on the main page of and contains the webform for website help. The HELP contact that is located within the website (after log on) only views a video, and has no webform for contact. Hyundai was contacted with the issue, they were able to retrieve the ACU code. It is possible there was a temporary website glitch. The client received the ACU code.
