The client will need to be a registered Vehicle Security Professional (VSP) to order the Ignition Lock because it is a "Theft Relevant Part" (TRP). The VSP registration process and other details can be found on the NASTF website at http://www.nastf.org/i4a/pages/index.cfm?pageid=3532go. Mercedes TRP details and the TRP ordering process can be found at https://www.startekinfo.com. Click on Theft Relevant Parts Info, it will take you to the document website https://www.startekinfo.com/StarTek/doclist.jsp. From there, the TRP process and the necessary forms can be downloaded.
