After programming failure. unable to communicate with two different J2534 devices. Autel maxisys pro and snap on pass thru 3. It appears to be a incompatibility on software side of istap online. Have you experienced this before?

NASTF needs particular information before a SIR can be forwarded to any OEM to insure the request can be researched and resolved. This SIR was submitted without specific information. Specific details like the VIN, the description of ECU in question(if it is a programming issue), what browser was used, and the OEM Logon Id are necessary. The more information that can be supplied, the quicker and the more accurately the situation can be resolved. This SIR was closed as "Request Invalid" because the client did not respond with the needed information. The SIR can be reopened if the client responds.
