Can`t input information on the contact us link - Issue is only for IE11 on Chrome system all works fine.

I ordered 2 keys from Tech website and paid on 10/11/16 for 1 day delivery and yet to received it, today 10/13/2016. I was trying to submit a request form to find out - NO PHONE NUMBER TO TALK TO ANYONE !!!! but I can`t input any information in the request bar!

Call Tech on line they instruct me to go to the link above to submit a request

This is not ok not to have a phone number to talk to someone after I bought a key from them, this is not a keycode issue its an actual item - we need customer support to get answers.

This issue was related to a temporary fault with IE 11 with the "Contact Us" link. FCA does not have a direct line for this type of issue. The procedure for FCA support with keys is: Click on the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of Fill in the required information and click “Submit”. Customer Service will respond via email or phone within 1 business day. Normal business hours are Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM EST. (Excludes Holidays)
