Description of Repair unable to perform
When I attempt to log I to TOPIx on the Land Rover SDD program to flash the suspension module it tells me that: "user authorization failed. Authentication failed due to the following reason: TOPIx service temporarily unavailable."

Unable to log into TOPIx on SDD so that I can perform a module flash.
Description of steps taken to obtain information (help/contact function on website, websites, etc.)
I reinstalled SDD again, changed browsers between internet explorer 11 and 8, made sure every antivirus (not even installed on this computer) and firewall was turned off and allowing absolutely everything in and out of the computer, tried with vehicle connected to computer with CardaqM j2534 and also tried using the Bosch mvci J2534, also called Drew Technologies and they told me to contact Landrover via the email provided in the installation guide, contacted LandRover via email ( with screen shots of the issue and have received no response since Wednesday the 5th at 10am Hawaii standard time I also had a Napa Trainer (William Weaver) that wa I town to teach a class take a look and try to help me to no avail.
Other Comments or Concerns
To note that when I log onto TOPIx directly it showed my valid programming subscription but would not allow me to read the programming manual (said I did not have a valid document subscription) Note: this computer has windows 7pro and I have successfully downloaded and flashed multiple vehicles from various manufacturers with no issues and this laptop is setup exclusively for flashing and there are no other OEM scan tools installed as Land Rover states that there may be a conflict with other own scantools installed.

When issues arise that pertain to programming and SDD operation, the email for support is The log in error the client received was directly related to the PC specs. JLR has certain specifics for proper operation of SDD software. The PC must be running IE8 and WIN7 32Bit for SDD. Without WIN7 32Bit, SDD will not operate properly. For issues relating to SDD, first verify that the PC is the WIN7 32Bit specification.
