Ford has a procedure to handle purchasing issues. From the CONTACT US page (https://www.motorcraftservice.com/Feedback/feedback ), go to the bottom and click on the blue button titled "Request for Other Help" (https://www.motorcraftservice.com/Feedback/Contact?Length=8 ). This is a webform specifically for Subscription and Credit Card issues. Ford contacted the client and was able to process the payment. Ford advises to use the exact address information. Also, be sure to be using the operating systems Win 7, Win 8 or Win 10 and Internet Explorer 9.0 or greater.
