PACCAR is currently in the process of setting up the structure for the ability for an ISP to purchase the PACCAR Electronic Service Analyst 220.127.116.11 software. PACCAR is working through the logistics of setting up a non-PACCAR service provider. Currently, this is a work in progress while working on coordination between different PACCAR divisions.Paul Soar - 02/10/2017

PACCAR is working with their IT support department to make ESA available to independents. The time line for this project will be approximately a year. During that time PACCAR will take each ISP's request for information on a case by case basis.Paul Soar - 06/09/2017
The updates are still in process. Because this change will require incorporating the ISP access within the current PACCAR dealer interface, the scheduled completion is tentative for sometime in 2018. PACCAR will continue to take individual requests for service information, if needed, until the electronic database is available to independents.Paul Soar - 07/03/2017
