Description of Repair unable to perform
We need software to troubleshoot and identify parts for the truck.

We cannot get AccessFreightliner.
Description of steps taken to obtain information (help/contact function on website, websites, etc.)
We filled out the form that the link on NASTF took us to and then mailed it with a $2000.00 cashier’s check. After about two weeks I received our application and check back in the mail. It had a sticky note attached that said “ Hello, I think this check was sent by mistake.” He did leave contact information. I called Javier Espinosa and he had never heard of the program. I explained where the information and application was located on Daimler’s website. He called back later that day after researching who might know anything about the program. His answer was that the program was canceled and we could not get access to the information. I just checked the link on NASTF and it still takes you to the same Daimler website that specially says “access independent repair shop vehicle information” with the link to the application form.(https://secure.freightliner.com/accessfreightliner/misc/newuser/rtr/default.asp)

Daimler has looked into the situation and the access is available. Daimler has contacted the client and is in the process of setting up the access.

Client was able to submit an application, but it is still in process. NASTF will continue to monitor the situation.

The client was able to get access to DTNA Connect, but NASTF is still working to conclude what access is available. DTNA Connect gave access to technical service information, but not to Parts Pro, EZwiring, Service LIT, Service Pro, and Service link. NASTF is inquiring to know exactly what access to available to independents.

DNTA access is still not clear. NASTF is waiting for answers concerning what is included with a paid subscription to DNTA Connnect. More information will be added when it comes available.
