Description of Repair unable to perform
I am unable to complete TSB NTB15-053 which includes a software update.

I am having an issue regarding the NERS system. I have successfully performed many software updates on Nissan vehicles (6 in the past 2 months), however today I am having a strange problem. I am attempting to update a 2015 Nissan Juke per TSB NTB15-053. The vehicle has current software ID 23710-3YM6C. I have downloaded the proper update file from the Nissan Tech Info website which is 23710-4DT4D and extracted the contents into the proper programming file folder. When I open NERS and select my current calibration file 23710-3YM6C it shows that I have no corresponding update file to go with this software ID. I have double and triple checked that I have downloaded the correct file and that I have installed it to the correct folder. I have gone as far as to show what I have found to be the problem with Nissan the form of both screen shots and a video of me running through the process but there is still no resolution. I am running the latest version of NERS V03.06.00
Description of steps taken to obtain information (help/contact function on website, websites, etc.)
6/30/16 Reached out to Nissan help desk with my concern along with thorough screen captures to help clarify my concern. (received a refund for the file and an email stating that they were working on it within hours) 7/8/16 Emailed Nissan for a status update 7/8/16 Received a reply asking to download V03.06.00 and attempt reflash 7/9/16 Attempted reflash with the same results, this time noting that NERS was in fact looking for the wrong file. Sent an email to Nissan explaining what I discovered. 7/11/16 Received email thanking me for the information and stating that they will contact me when they have a fix. 8/1/16 Sent email to Nissan for status update 8/2/16 Received reply stating that I was likely putting the file in the wrong folder and to read the updated tutorial on the Nissan-techinfo website. 8/5/16 Attempted to reflash yet again, this time using a screen capture software to record the process and also narrate what I believe the problem is. Following Nissans tutorial I attempted the reflash again with the exact same results. I sent a reply to Nissan explaining this along with a the video capture I took of the event to even further explain exactly what was happening. 8/9/16 As of today Nissan has not replied to my latest email sent on 8/5/16

The reprogramming package purchased from Nissan TechInfo website contained an improper file. The issue was resolved with the website as of 8/11/16 and the SIR client was notified.
