We received the information included below this email from the National Automotive Service Task Force (NASTF) organization on February 21, 2006. Regarding responses to messages submitted through our "Contact Us" Feedback Form, be sure to look for a confirmation of receipt email which will be sent out to the email address as it is entered on the Feedback form within 10-15 minutes of submitting the message. If you do not receive this confirmation email, then your message was most likely not submitted successfully. After checking the archives of our Feedback messages, we were not able to locate any messages submitted on or around January 31, 2006 from your name or email address, or regarding the question you have posed in the NASTF message. Because we never received a message from you, we were unable to make a response at that time. With the question provided in the submission to NASTF, we have prepared instructions for the reprogramming procedure as well as acquiring the scan tool and installing the necessary software. The instructions, including graphics, are in the attached Word document. If there are any further questions, please contact us either directly at this email, or through the HMAService.com Feedback page, and be sure to check for a confirmation of receipt email.
