Description of Repair unable to perform
We have tried a total of 4 times for each manufacture to register for the use of the VW and Audi Erwin system - we get auto responses by email indicating but have not been successful in using the sites.

2/14/06 - Here is the process I have gone through so far to try and view the maintenance schedule that was purchased. 1)Purchased document 2)Saved document to my computer (sealed acrobat format) 3) Attempted to open document and was prompted to download a program that would allow me to read document. Downloaded. 4) Opened document and received an ‘Unsealer control panel’ screen asking for username and password – would not let me view document. 2/21 from Volkswagen America - I just spoke with someone in your office and was told that your user name and current password were used successfully to unseal and view the document. I am glad that the concern is resolved. Thank You for your patience, Volkwagen of America
