Customer had vehicle listed above. I made a spare key and purchased a subscription to FMP to do the programming. Everything went fine until you get to the screen where it says you may have to have user id and password to continue. clicked on the check mark and get a server error EVERYTIME
Description of steps taken to obtain information (help/contact function on website, websites, etc.)
Contacted ford and rotunda! These people are very nice, though they seem not to care about our profession. They have no estimated date of completion to getting this resolved and have told me basically it will probably be released in next version which could be months down the road. COST me thirty some dollars and couldnt do what i needed to do.
Other Comments or Concerns
I strongly feel this is unacceptable as, they are participants in the program and when information is broken it needs to be fixed ASAP, not just whenever they get to it.I feel they should contact a ford dealer and have them program this vehicle for free for my customer since tools I pay for are not working and have no set date to be fixed. Tell my customer that ford simply does not care!

Ford has been in contact with the client and is gathering more information on the situation. The initial diagnosis is possibly related to a module not communicating, which in turn would not let the key to program. More information to come.

This outcome of this issue was determined to be a failed Gateway module that was not communicating and would not allow the key to program.
