cannot scan Nissan gtr,i have purchased Nissan gtr diagnostic card for consult3 plus,on 10/26/15,i think I received the card 2 weeks later,now I try to use it,it says expired?when I contact nissantechinfo about it,they say I need to purchace again and pay full amount?I paid full amount for 2 months?if I would have known I would have purchse in January.why didn't they clearly state before I order it it had 2 months left on the gtr diagnostic card?thanks

This SIR was classified invalid because it a customer service issue related to the length/term of the subscription, not a "gap" in service information. A "gap" issue is a situation where service, collision, vehicle security, tool or training information is suspected to be available to a franchise dealer but not available outside the OEM's franchise network. Since the diagnostic card is available, this is not considered a valid SIR.

As an update to this SIR, Bosch was willing to switch the card with an updated card. The client will be able to receive the full subscription.
