Description of Repair unable to perform
Calibration ID for a vehicle

Description of steps taken to obtain information (help/contact function on website, websites, etc.)
The site was very slow to load and it seems GM has installed a time out function that will not allow you to be on the site for any appropriate length of time. I believe the conbination of these two is going to become frustrating to the aftermarket technician.

Your recent inquiry to NASTF regarding the performance of the GM Cal ID website was forwarded to us for investigation and resolution. Please be advised the Cal ID website is a component of TIS 2 Web. Last week, TIS 2 WEB experienced a significant increase in usage. The result was a degradation in performance and slow access to the various TIS 2 Web applications: SPS, Tech 2 SW Download, and Cal ID. Actions are being taken to correct the performance concerns, and we would expect that you will see improvements in the website performance in the near future. Please feel free to contact us again should you continue to have difficulties accessing the site. Regards,GM Service Operations
