I tried to purchase training material on 12/28/2015, specifically Second Generation 4 Cylinder VCM Item # ENC35W3CTM.
Description of steps taken to obtain information (help/contact function on website, websites, etc.)
I tried to purchase training material on 12/28/2015, specifically Second Generation 4 Cylinder VCM Item # ENC35W3CTM. I paid for the product but was unable to download the product with the link HELM sent me. The link is only good for 24 hours. I called and was told they would have to talk to IT department. I waited for the next afternoon with no return phone call. I then called them again as was asked if I was a dealer technician. I am not. I was told that is why it doesn't work. I must be a Honda Technician to get the training information. HELM then refunded my credit card. Why am i not able to purchase this information?

Honda reviewed the situation and informed NASTF that the training module is available for purchase for independent service professionals. The vendor's customer service erroneously told the customer they should not have sold it to them. The training is available and the vendor is contacting the client to arrange for purchase. Please note that when purchasing these training modules, it is important to download the information within 24 hours or the link will become inactive.
