Program new SKREEM module or program new ECM. Secondary Request (added from the client after original SIR submitted): When requesting an Immobilizer code, it states "unable to retrieve code".

In TSB 08-030-06 Techauthorty website is a link for “Powertrain Control Module Initialization" 14. Open the “Coding String Calculator for Sprinter & Crossfire Vehicles” link. The Coding String Calculator is no longer on the website. Secondary Request (added from the client after original SIR submitted): When requesting an Immobilizer code, it states "unable to retrieve code".

Called and emailed website support they could not help.

FCA engineers were able to make progress on programming this vehicle. There are website changes that were identified by FCA engineers that are related to the ability to code Sprinter vans keys.

FCA will be installing a fix for this issue within the next release of Tech Authority with a current time frame of the end of March or first week of April.

The fix should be installed soon. Projected date of April 21.
