Description of Repair unable to perform
Download the file for checking calibrations. The file is CANpassthru.zip. The browsers on all our computers give the message website unavailable. The link appears broken. A reflash can't be completed until you have the applet installed on a windows 32 bit system. You don't need a subscription to download.

Emailed the webmaster, he returned all the written info from the website. Replied that info didn't help me download the file, and have received no more help. My 1 day subscription is now expired.
Other Comments or Concerns
The process is quite complicated. They need better more responsive tech support.

This issue was related to a website glitch. Mitsubishi was able to resolve the issue of the zip file not downloading correctly and verify it is now working as intended. Mitsubishi's technical support staff was able to walk the client through the process of setting up the aftermarket scan tool with the software.
