Description of Repair unable to perform
About two weeks ago I ordered a J2534 CD from Subaru (by leaving a message, no one picks up the phone there ever), the next day someone called me back and processed the order. A few days later I get the CD in the mail and it is the old release April 2015, according to techinfo.subaru.com July 2015 is the latest release, which I need to repair a customers vehicle, 2014 Impreza. I have called back and left now 6 messages in a period over a week (1-866-428-2278). I have not gotten a call back. Is there anything requiring a response from the manufacturer?

NASTF has contacted the manufacturer and is waiting for a reply.

Subaru's vendor confirmed that the client was sent the April 2015 J2534 CD. They also confirmed that they had contacted the client directly and they sent the July 2015 J2534 CD.
