You mentioned you would forward the pics to Corporate. Please tell Corporate this. I have followed the rules and always purchased OEM Diagnostic equipment. I am a member of NASTF and a security professional. I have used this tool for 3 years and have never had a problem reflashing a control module. I recently purchased the consult 3 plus 3-10-2015 every since i have not been able to solve this problem. I have made several attempts to correct this and all I get is I am not loading the Update in the correct file. With that being said, I need upper level technical support. I think there is a flaw in your software you have sold me. I have spent over $12,000 in diagnostic equipment and updates over the last four years. This is a tear 2 problem. Please help. When performing the setup for a new Consult III Plus, the read-me file that comes with the flash file download does not have a clear setup statement. When downloading the flash file with a new CONSULT III Plus, it is important that upon the initial setup, before the first flash event is performed, the user make a reprogramming folder in the root C:\ directory which will be the location where the flash files are placed. This will help in locating the files after they have been downloaded.
