Description of Repair unable to perform
I am attempting to acquire an valve body for this vehicle. I have filed the form required per the TRP procedure on the MB website and have not heard back in a reasonable amount of time.

I have not been contacted in reference to the request for the TRP part purchase. Customer is unhappy about the length of time to go through this process.
Description of steps taken to obtain information (help/contact function on website, websites, etc.)
I have called the dealership which received the email, the manager was "away" and nobody else could help. I would have to wait through the weekend to move to the next step. Customer is unhappy.
Other Comments or Concerns
Am trying to move this repair along but keep getting held up with the TRP process. I have an LSID and required positive ID, I just cannot get a promt response from MB about this part. Email was sent more than 48 hours ago on 6/4/2015.

This request was due to a long wait time for the purchase of TRP valve body. The MBUSA TRP policy was followed by the client and valve body was available for purchase. The hold time was due to a dealer parts personnel absence. The TRP was available and the part was ordered after a some period of days, but a long wait time is noted. Note for all ISP's: When ordering a TRP, and encountering a long wait time, please advise us (i) which dealer, and (ii) to whom specifically did you deal with when ordering this part. This may help MBUSA notify the dealer to help expedite the process quicker.
