unable to access key code information. when contacted by the OEM they state it needed to be escalated to the central office. there was no audit, no request to verify my authorization to request codes through their service. would like to find a resolution to this matter, as i have changed my companies procedure nationwide, by utilizing the secure services provided by the OEM. all the vehicles i request codes for are owned by my company. we can provide any documentation necessary to validate this.
Description of steps taken to obtain information (help/contact function on website, websites, etc.)
contacted help desk via email and phone. said my account was referred to the central office for further investigation. when asked if i could have a contact in the central office, i was told no ETA on response and no one to contact.
Other Comments or Concerns
have been following all of the guidelines set forth in the rules of this website and the manufacturers website. our company is suffering great loss by this shut down.
