Description of Repair unable to perform
moving data files to the Consult 2 from the pc, the download program will start, everything seems ok untill the last step to install the data file and then it fails upload, I know I am doing something wrong, no idea what it is

spoke with tech support they only had Nissan Assist help, ( Dealer Only Program) very good people, although they could not refer me to anyone

I will purchase a training if I need to, only if it works with my concern, I like the tool

OEM contacted SIR client to resolve this issue. Instruction for the programming routine are contained in the zip file provided as the download. Client had not extracted the files to reveal the instructions.
