I have tried for 4 days to log into the system or get my password reset. I have called 714-965-3000 and talked with a rep who tried to get my password reset email sent and received the same failure message i received.

Their system seems to be down

In working with the client OEM discovered that in the original creation of the account there was an additional character in the user name field, which was not used in subsequent log-in attempts. This was the cause of the log-in concern.
