When programming the Airbag Module, it fails with an E4491 code.

Unable to find out from GM Help Desk if this is a calibration issue or a faulty part

Contacted GM Help Desk. Was asked to contact Part-Tech to verify part, was given claim number c263293-00399. Help Desk then gave me a VCI that also failed. Was told that they had to get the info from overseas. after 3 business days I contacted GM and was told they didn't have any info yet and would contact me when they did. It has now been 10 business days and I have not received any info. I'm worried that GM has lost me a customer.
Other Comments or Concerns
Both Chris and Barb at the Help Desk have been great to work with. This appears to be out of their hands and needs to be dealt with at a higher level.

OEM found an unintended error in mapping the calibration file to this VIN so it would be found. Mapping was corrected and OEM contacted client to resolve.
