Being a Subaru Specialty shop lacking current programming softwhere puts us personally in jeopardy as we claim to be current in tooling and programming. We have already paid for these updates. Please contact Ohio Diagnostics for more detailed input.

USA OEM responded they are aware of the issues getting HDS update software and working with non-usa parent on a solution.

Subaru resolved an internal issue with their tool vendor and indicates the situation identified in this SIR is being resolved. Further, the HDS3000 is to be available through 2019. No date is available yet for release of the next-gen Subaru diagnostic tool.
