i have been in contact with gm tech support for several weeks now as this has been an ongoing problem. tech support also advises me that this is a problem with other users as well. we are continually becoming locked out of our subscription for reasons no one can figure out. as of friday i was informed that all 3 were cleared and ready to use. once again this was false as only 2 of our pc's are able to log in. we are continually receiving the error that we have exceeded the amount of users. on saturday i logged all 3 on MYSELF and only 2 worked .the problem is clearly on their end with THEIR software. I pay a lot of money for this subscription and i am at my wits end due to the lack of competence or even the caring of the delco staff as it appears that this isnt really of any priority to them. I need my PAID FOR subscription to work as it should on my 3 pc's. please help as i am getting no where with the delco staff
