Description of Repair unable to perform
Hyundai has recently started charging to download their J2534 software which is fine, but the downloaded software does not work, and when you attempt to contact their customer service department they have not idea what software I am talking about, and cannot provide any assistance.

I contacted their customer service department at 1-800-633-5151, but they had no idea how to help, and no additional contact information.

OEM was notified by NASTF as a courtesy to both parties but as the SIR client was in Canada and outside the NASTF service area, NASTF forwarded this SIR to our Canadian partner for follow-up.
